No challenge too big for Colac.
Colac takes great care to develop customer-focused solutions. And because our client base is actively involved in the ice cream making, dairy, bakery, hospitality, and catering sectors, to name but a few, we get a huge variety of assignments, from creating ice cream recipes with unique tastes and textures, to developing a new dessert for restaurants or caterers.
Of course, we tackle challenges head on and keep going until we meet your expectations - or, better yet, exceed them! We could also say that we’re outstanding in our sector, but we prefer to let our customers do the talking on this.
We helped Stijn realize his dream of having his own ice cream parlor. With our years of experience, we helped him from beginning to end in building that dream, Boerderijsje.
Lotte's hoeve-ijs (Lotte’s farmhouse ice cream): an ice cream counter offering 7 flavours 60 metres from a cowshed; you can’t get any more traditional than that. Christel and Mark have a farm in Liezele (Puurs), Belgium, and they came up with the idea of making ice cream from their own cows’ milk six years ago.
The name says it all: Surprice likes to surprise people. Founder and master ice cream chef Christof Thorrez is the driving force behind numerous original creations, including the Candy Bowl, the Christmas Wreath and Candy Cuberdon Drip Cake.
Engelshof Hofmolkerei is a semi-industrial dairy farm with a wide range of fresh milk products. Fresh fruit preparations from Colac are added to their yogurt, a recipe that was completely adapted to the needs of Engelshof.
