Summer is quietly creeping into our country after leaving the long winter months behind. That, of course, means ice cream weather. Not only do we have national aspirations, but we are beginning to feel the summer jitters abroad as well.
Colac tries to source locally as much as possible and enter into partnerships with local suppliers. A nice example of this short chain from farm to fork is our supplier Handje Gezond.
Colac gives students a taste of the corporate world in the form of dual learning. Mohammad and Hashim will strengthen our production team for the next 5 months. They will exchange school for our production hall a few days a week.
