Although Stijn is trained as a baker, he is not unfamiliar with the dairy industry, his parents and brothers own a dairy farm. Several years ago, when his parents bought a farm in Mol, located at an intersection of several cycling and walking routes, the idea of starting his own ice cream parlor came to Stijn.
At Boerderijsje you can eat delicious artisanal ice cream made from the milk from his brother's farm. According to Stijn a dream come true and with our years of experience and knowledge we helped him realize his dream.
